The Closing of the Second Edition of Montíboli Cultural Brings Together a Dozen Artists
Last Friday, 3rd October, the Montíboli Hotel once again became a meeting place for numerous creators and art lovers with the closing of Montíboli Cultural. This iniciative began in May 2024 with the aim of bringing art closer to the hotel’s guests, allowing them to enjoy a variety of works born from the imagination and creativity of a selection of artists based on the Costa Blanca.

Natalia Caballé, Director of Image and Institutional Relations at Servigroup Hotels, has been the driving force behind this project, which over two seasons has filled the walls of the hotel’s main spaces with exhibitions personally curated by her.. The series has been characterised by the richness and diversity of styles of its invited artists. To mark the closure, the twelve artists who have exhibited over this period have once again contributed some of their works to create a collective exhibition, open to visitors until 12th October.

Entitled A Mosaic of Styles by the Mediterranean, the exhibition is a compilation of the dialogue each artis has maintained with the sea and the unique surroundings of the hotel, which has served as a source of inspiration for their creations.

At the reception of the Montíboli Hotel (Villajoyosa, Alicante, Spain), we are pleased to invite you to the opening of the exhibition A Mosaic of Styles by the Mediterranean, marking the end of the current season within the Montíboli Cultural initiative. Presented together, the works offer a global vision of this artistic cycle, showcasing a richness of styles, techniques and perspectives that art can provide. In this way, Montíboli Cultural seeks to celebrate artistic diversity and continue fostering encounters between art, culture and visitors.

Following their exhibitions in 2024, Edyta Plodzien (watercolour), Marita A. Guardia (painting), Nartelia (digital collage), Ana Ruiz de Apodaca (painting) and José Hermosa (painting) have reunited with the Mediterranean, once again offering us the pleasure of enjoying their work. And after exhibiting during the current season, we have also had the pleasure of featuring Hugo Sarobe (painting), Elena Yago (illustration and collage), Urszula Kozinska (painting), Vicenta Meneses (painting) and Beatriz Aramburu (painting). To these we must add the sculptural contribution of Georgi Poulariani and the verses of Isabel Aranda, which provided the perfect finishing touch to the farewell of Montíboli Cultural.

We can only invite you to enjoy this exhibition during the final days of the Montíboli Hotel’s season, as we already begin to look forward to the next edition of this initiative, to which we wish many years of continued success.
