Cancellation and Modification Policy
When a booking is made with a special discounted rate, HOTELES SERVIGROUP shall not admit changes in the customer name or in the dates of the stay reserved. Any change shall imply the cancellation of the original reservation and the new reservation shall be accepted depending on the availability of places in HOTELES SERVIGROUP and in accordance with the price and conditions existing at the moment the new reservation is made, with no obligation for HOTELES SERVIGROUP to respect the conditions prior to the change. HOTELES SERVIGROUP shall not reimburse any sum for the early departure of customers. FREE CANCELLATION -Except if you cancel the reservation within 24 hours prior to the arrival date (starting from 12 midnight) or in the case of no show at the hotel on the date booked, the cost of one night stay will be charged to the credit card given at the time of making the booking.
*Stays between Holy Thursday and Holy Sunday: in this case, the HOTEL will take the money for ONE NIGHT'S per stay and room. This is NON-REFUNDABLE and the outstanding amount will be charged on check-in. The cancellation and/or modification of a booking that has been notified in a certain and indisputable way by any means at least 72 hours prior to the contracted check-in date will give the customer the right to transfer the amount charged for the booking to a future stay in the same hotel establishment and solely on behalf of the same named guest, within the 365 calendar days following the contracted check-in date, subject to room availability. In the event that the customer exercises this right, the price and conditions existing at the time of making the new booking will apply. When the rate applicable for these dates is higher, the customer must pay the difference. If the rate is lower than that for the original booking, the customer cannot claim any amount for this. In any case, the hotel establishment is under no obligation to respect the conditions that existed prior to the modification.
The card you have provided is requested only to guarantee your reservation. NO charge for the amount of your reservation is made until you arrive at the hotel and you can pay via any payment method accepted by the hotel. SERVIGROUP HOTELS reserves the right to pre-authorized the card given to check its validity, and in the case of bookings for more than 3 rooms, or request a deposit as a guarantee for the reservation. In compliance of Law 11/2021, of 9th July, cash payments will not be accepted if they exceed 1,000€ for customers who are Spanish nationals and/or tax residents or 10,000€ for non-residents customers.
The Christmas Eve dinner on December 24th, the Christmas lunch on December 25th and the New Year's Eve Gala on December 31st are compulsory and are included in the reservation price (additional adults, no discount) if you contract Half Board (these days, the half board includes breakfast and gala on that day). WARNING: Reservations with a departure date of December 25th do NOT include the Christmas lunch, in this case, if you wish to enjoy the lunch on December 25th it must be indicated in remarks and will be paid for separately. If you book Bed & Breakfast, Christmas Eve dinner on 24th December, Christmas lunch on 25th December and New Year's Eve Gala on 31st December are NOT included in the price of the booking. If you wish to book them, it must be indicated in the comments and they will be paid for separately.
HOTELES SERVIGROUP reserves the right to cancel all those reservations that do not comply with all these conditions.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time: The day of your arrival at the hotel, upon registration at reception, you can access the facilities. Access to the room will be made available as soon as possible but never after 16:00 h, always within the regulations marked by the Autonomous Community where the establishment is located.Check-out: On the day of departure, the rooms will have to be vacated (luggage and personal belongings included), in all cases, before 12:00 midday.
We consider infants from 0 to 23 months (both inclusive). If you need a COT, please indicate this in the comments field (20 euros per day). If you book more than one room, you must indicate a valid name and surname of a lead passenger in each room. If SERVIGROUP HOTELS don't receive that information, we reserve the right to contact you to provide it. HOTELES SERVIGROUP reserves the right to cancel all those reservations that do not comply with all these conditions.
Bed and Breakfast: Includes accommodation and breakfast.
Half Board: Includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner.
Drinks are not included. Breakfast can be continental (in the room) or buffet style (in the restaurant).
If your reservation is with half board service and you wish to change dinner for lunch, you must indicate this at the reception desk upon arrival at the hotel.
