- Its sea views become an excellent setting to savour our Chef Jean Marc Sanz’s signature cuisine, one of the most renowned chefs of the Region of Valencia.
Guests can choose from two tasting menus at the price of 50 € each with the best regional products, where fishes from the fish market and rices from Alicante and Villajoyosa play an important and traditional role. The hotel staff can also help guests to combine them with the best wine from our vast wine cellar, paying special attention to those from Alicante. You will not be sorry.
In low season we offer you a la carte service in the Alhambra Lounge, the restaurant Emperador will remain closed.
