- In March 2010 the hotel has a new modern restaurant buffet with show cooking, which is presented as a gastronomic innovation. Products are fresh and brought directly from Servigroup Supply Centre, complying with the most demanding quality standards. Guests have also the possibility to choose the products they want and they are prepared in front of them.

Guests can choose from two tasting menus at the price of 50 € each with the best regional products, where fishes from the fish market and rices from Alicante and Villajoyosa play an important and traditional role. The hotel staff can also help guests to combine them with the best wine from our vast wine cellar, paying special attention to those from Alicante. You will not be sorry.
Our Orchard “El Clot” provides the hotel with products that are cultivated and raised in a completely natural manner, giving the Hotel Montíboli’s cuisine an unforgettable Mediterranean taste, even for the most demanding palates.
