Back in 2010 the Hotel Montíboli was awarded certification from the Valencian Community Coeliac Association, ACECOVA, as a gluten-free hotel for coeliacs.
Also, Hoteles Servigroup, which is the chain that owns Montíboli, has reached an agreement with FACE (The Spanish Federation of Coeliac Associations), definitively establishing itself as a regulated company offering a gluten-free cuisine service to its guests.
That is why at our hotel we carefully monitor the entire cooking process, something we always do for all the food that we provide, respecting all protocols concerning the handling, preparation and presentation methods of gluten-free dishes (storage, preparation, etc.).
