What is the Montíboli Gift Voucher?
The Montíboli Gift Voucher is a card we have created so you can give any of the experiences offered by Servigroup Montíboli Hotel. There are three different types of voucher cards available: Hotel, Spa or Restaurant. All you need to do is choose which one you would like to give and decide the amount. And if you're still unsure, we offer more options: you can also purchase a Gift Card for any value you prefer, redeemable for a stay or any of the experiences we offer. It’s that simple.
What types of gift vouchers are available and what do they include?
We offer three different types of gift vouchers: Hotel Gift Voucher, Spa Gift Voucher and Gastro Gift Voucher. Details are provided below:
- Hotel Gift Voucher – With this gift voucher you can book a package deal that includes a hotel stay. We have options available for specific dates and others that can be enjoyed any time of year.
- Spa Gift Voucher – With this gift voucher, you can give the most requested experiences at our SPA & Wellness Centre. Guests do not need to be staying at the hotel to enjoy this card.
- Gastro Gift Voucher – This gift voucher allows you to give any of our gastronomic experiences at the Emperador Restaurant. Guests do not need to be staying at the hotel to enjoy this card.
In addition, if you prefer, we also have Gift Cards, in which you choose the amount you wish to give to exchange for a stay or any of the experiences we offer at the Hotel Montíboli.
Who receives the Gift Voucher or the Gift Card and how is it delivered?
At the end of the purchase process, you can enter an email address to which the gift voucher/card will be sent. The card includes a code that can be redeemed when making a reservation. The purchaser will also receive an email with the code and proof of purchase. If you purchase a fixed package (gift voucher), the beneficiary will not see the price. If you choose to load a monetary amount instead of a package (gift card), the beneficiary will be able to see the available balance.
How can I redeem the Gift Card or the Gift Voucher?
Gift Cards with a specific amount can be redeemed directly from our website. Simply enter the CODE we sent you by email in the “Redeem your code” section. Alternatively, you can call us and provide the code.
For “Hotel Gift Voucher”, “Spa Gift Voucher”, and “Gastro Gift Voucher” associated with a specific package, please contact us by phone (+34 965890250), providing your card reference number and the desired dates for redeeming the service.
How long is the Montíboli Gift Voucher valid for?
The Gift Voucher associated with a package deal is valid for the season in which it was purchased. In the case of a Gift Card, it can be redeemed for a booking within a maximum of one year from the date of purchase.
What happens if the reservation amount is higher or lower than the value of my Gift Card?
If the total reservation amount is lower than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be saved and can be used for another reservation within the gift card’s validity period, using the same code.
If the reservation amount is higher than the value of the gift card, you can pay the difference at the time of booking or at reception.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount for the Montíboli Gift Card?
Yes, the minimum amount that can be loaded onto each gift card is 35€.
There is no maximum limit for any of the Montíboli gift cards.
