During the 3 days that the spiritual retreat lasts (18 to 20 of October) you can take advantage of disciplines such as Yoga Nídra, for sleep meditation, Vinyasa Yoga, Tattwa Suddlú Sadhana,among others.
The other main pillar of this retreat will focus on meditation, and participate in Mindfulness Workshops, Positive psychology and mood balance workshops.
